They monitor the production from the raw materials coming into the company and until the product is ready and ready for dispatch to the consumers. Our skilled workers can undertake roles at different levels, from professionals responsible to workers in the production line. They handle both manual equipment like knives, and more advanced machines, they speak good Norwegian and most also good English. We emphasize professional certificates in seafood production or long experience in seafood production. Some of our employees have also taken further education in food technology.
