Barona AS need electricians with DSB approval

Barona AS is looking for skilled electricians with valid DSB approval for a project in Sande. The role involves assembling large electrical panels and switchgear systems. If you have relevant experience and are ready for a new opportunity with Barona, we would like to hear from you.

Job responsibilities

• Build and assemble large electrical panels and switchgear systems.
• Assemble electrical distribution panels up to 4000A according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Install and integrate switchgear components and related electrical equipment.
• Inspect completed installations and troubleshoot any faults.
• Ensure that all work meets applicable quality, safety and technical standards.
• Support other production activities related to electrical panel manufacturing and installation.

What we expect from you

• Valid DSB approval or a Norwegian Group L electrical qualification.
• Relevant experience in assembling power distribution panels and working with high-current systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English or Norwegian language skills to understand work instructions and communicate effectively in the workplace.
